We ship exclusively within the United States, offering standard and expedited options. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout; actual transit times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons. EA Store cannot be held liable for such delays once the package is in transit.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged / Broken Items: If a product arrives damaged, email eastore757@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return or replacement at no extra cost.

• Unopened Items: Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label.. Once received and inspected, a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method.

• Opened or Used Items: For health and safety reasons, opened items cannot be returned.
