Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

  • Used products

  • Personal care items once opened

  • Clearance items (if applicable)

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for immediate assistance.
